Lobby Reopenings

We are happy to announce that Quantum will be reopening the lobbies of our Wichita branches beginning Tuesday, February 16. We're continuing measures to keep you and our staff safe, such as:

  • Social distancing measures in our lobbies
  • Germ shields at teller stations and desks
  • Hand sanitizer available at every station and desk
  • Increased cleaning schedules throughout the day
  • All staff will be wearing masks, and we ask members to wear face coverings as well

Mobile App and Online Banking at TheQ.org

Our Mobile App and Online Banking offer many convenient features to help you manage your finances, and they're available for free to all account holders. For help enrolling, click here or give us a call. Within Online Banking and our Mobile App, you can complete such transactions as:

Drive-Thru Access

The Main drive-thru will be open from 8:30 am- 6:00 pm Monday - Friday, and 9:00 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday. The Downtown drive-thru will be open 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Monday - Friday.

We will be able to assist you with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, cashier’s checks, loan payments, stop payments, and setting up automatic payments.

In addition, we will utilize the drive-thru to open new accounts and close loans.

If you visit our website at TheQ.org, you can also submit a new account request and a loan application. Loan officers will be available to review all applications. If you choose, electronic documents can be sent to assist in closing your loan from home or work.


Each Quantum location has an ATM outside of the branch that is available 24/7 for cash withdrawals, and the ATMs at our Main Office and Wolf Creek branch accept cash and check deposits. Quantum Credit Union also participates in the CO-OP Shared ATM Network, and you can make cash withdrawals at any CO-OP Shared ATM. Please visit www.allco-op.org to find an ATM near you.

Contact Center

Quantum has staff available by phone in our contact center Monday – Friday from 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Our staff can handle most requested transactions including setting up Online Banking, cash transfers, and loan applications. Phone requests may require additional security questions to assure we have properly identified the caller.

Telephone Teller

Our Telephone Teller is available to help you make financial transactions around the clock at 316-263-5756 or toll-free at 877-287-3783. You will need to have your Member Number and Telephone Teller PIN to use this service. To establish a PIN, please contact us at the phone number listed above.
