Opening An Account

When you open your account with Quantum Credit Union, we will ask for your name, date of birth, address, and an identification number. To verify this information, you will need to show us an unexpired, valid, official photo ID. We accept the following forms of photo identification:

• State or federally issued photo IDs, such as a driver's license
• Consular registration card or other consular identification
• Passport
• Temporary resident permit
• Permanent residence card
• Employment authorization card

If your official photo ID does not include an identification number, address, or date of birth, we will accept any of the following documents along with your photo ID:

• Social security card or ITIN card
• Military service card
• Birth certificate

If you are an undocumented non-U.S. citizen, you only need an identification number from your photo ID. For more information, please call 316-263-5756.
