What can I do with Online Banking and the Quantum Mobile App? 

      

  • How do I enroll in Online Banking?Open or Close

    To enroll in Online Banking:

    1.) Enter www.TheQ.org in the address line of your browser software.

    2.) When our website appears, click the Online Banking "Login" button.

    3.) Enter your member number (account number) and click "Submit."

    4.) Enter your password (last four digits of your Social Security Number) and click "Submit."

    5.) Follow the instructions on your screen to change your temporary password, set up your security questions, and username.

    6.) When the Online Banking screen appears, you are in!

     

  • How do I enroll in e-Statements?Open or Close

    To enroll in e-Statements:

    1.) Enter www.TheQ.org in the address line of your browser software.

    2.) When our website appears, click the Online Banking "Login" button.

    3.) Enter your username and click "Submit."

    4.) Enter your password and click "Submit."

    5.) Click "Info Center" at the top left of the screen.

    6.) Choose "e-Statement Options" under "Preferences" and follow the instructions on screen.

    If you would like, you can also call or visit a branch, and a member representative can enroll you in e-Statements.

  • How do I enroll in Bill Pay?Open or Close

    To enroll in Bill Pay:

    1.) Enter www.TheQ.org in the address line of your browser software.

    2.) When our website appears, click the Online Banking "Login" button.

    3.) Enter your username and click "Submit."

    4.) Enter your password and click "Submit."

    5.) Click the "Pay and Transfer" icon.

    6.) Follow the instructions on screen.

  • Where can I download the Quantum Mobile App?Open or Close

    You can download the Quantum Mobile App by searching for "Quantum Credit Union" in the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

  • What information do I use to log in to the mobile app?Open or Close

    Your username and password for the Quantum Mobile App are the same username and password you use for Online Banking.

  • Will my account number change?Open or Close

    Your existing account number(s) will remain unaffected by our computer system upgrade.

    PLEASE NOTE: Though your base member account number will not change, the account suffixes will be changing. Before setting up any new direct deposits (after 3/5/2018), electronic transactions, or ordering checks, please contact us to verify you have the correct information. Some account suffixes may change, but current electronic transactions will remain unaffected.

     

  • Can I keep using my current checks?Open or Close

    You can continue to use your current supply of Quantum checks. Our third-party check provider also remains the same should you need to place a reorder. However, prior to ordering a new box of checks, please visit with a member representative to verify the accuracy of your information regarding account suffixes.

  • Will my direct deposits be affected?Open or Close

    Your direct deposits will continue to post to your account as they do today.

    PLEASE NOTE: In order to complete the transition to our new system, direct deposits made on Thursday, March 1st and Friday, March 2nd will be posted Wednesday, February 28th.

  • Will my automatic transfers be affected?Open or Close

    Any automatic transfers you have scheduled for your account will continue to process as they do today. Please be patient with us as we may need to process these transfers manually during and immediately after system upgrades.

  • Will my loan payment due date change?Open or Close

    If you have a loan with Quantum, your payment date will remain the same.

  • How long should I use my old debit card?Open or Close

    Your old debit card will continue to function until March 1st.

  • When will I receive my new debit card and PIN?Open or Close

    New debit cards will begin to arrive in the mail on February 20th, and new PINs on February 22nd. Once you have your new PIN, you can follow the instructions provided to call and activate your new card. Please keep your debit card in a safe place until you can begin using it on March 1st.
